PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in pursuant to G.O.(D).No.447 Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 14.05.2010 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to post the petitioner as Medical Superintendent in any of the Government Medical College Hospital in Tamil Nadu with all consequential benefits at par with the Respondents 3 to 9.

The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in pursuant to G.O.(D).No.447 Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 14.05.2010 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to post the petitioner as Medical Superintendent in any of the Government Medical College Hospital in Tamil Nadu with all consequential benefits at par with the Respondents 3 to 9.

2. When the matter was called on 04.01.2024 and 18.01.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day i.e., on 29.01.2024, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. No costs.
