[Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents to issue Community Certificate to the petitioners 2 and 3 that they belong to Hindu, 'Paniyan' (Scheduled Tribe) Community.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the third respondent has issued Community Certificates to petitioners 2 and 3 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Learned counsel has also made the following endorsement: 'Today, the 09th April 2019, received photo copy of the Community Certificate of P2 & P3 issued by R3. This Hon'ble HC may be pleased to dismiss the W.P. as infructuous.'

In view of the submissions made and recording the endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
