Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Fix an Early Date for the final hearing of WP.No.32185/2017(in WMP.No.4566/2018) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAN HARIDAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to fix an early date for the final hearing of the Writ Petition No.32185 of 2017.
2.The Writ Petition is of the year 2017. As this Court is not assigned with the roaster of 2017 cases, this Miscellaneous Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to move the appropriate Court for the early disposal of the same. Since, the challenge in this writ petition is to the payment of
interest on terminal benefits, balance earned leave encashment etc., and as the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondents with regard to the payment of the said benefits, it is made clear that pendency of the writ petition shall not be a bar for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. -sd/- 02/03/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
