2.Heard Mr.V.Illanchezian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or closure report as the case may be shall be filed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
