PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.484 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.484 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.484 of 2025 on 09.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., first and third Monday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
