ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to disburse the subsistence allowance and furnishing readable documents relied by the petitioner during the enquiry proceedings.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner filed a contempt petition for non-payment of subsistence allowance in Contempt Petition No.318 of 2024 and the same was closed on 18.10.2024. In respect of claiming readable document, the enquiry was concluded and the punishment of dismissal from service has been imposed on the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02-12-2025 kkn Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
