ORDER

Mr.K.Venkata Subramanian, authorised signatory of the plaintiff, died on 05.06.2024. Consequent thereto, the board of directors of the plaintiff, at meeting on 21.11.2025, authorised Mr.Aravind Krishnan to represent the company in legal proceedings. This application for amendment is consequential thereto.

2. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed as prayed for. The plaintiff shall carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 25.03.2026 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the other parties within a week therefrom.
