This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 4th respondent in his letter dated 18.06.2010 bearing Na.Ka.No.4422/2009 and quash the same and direct the 4th respondent herein to comply with the request of the petitioner in their letter dated 09.07.2010.

2. Though the petitioner counsel had already given a change of vakalat long years ago, on 08.02.2019, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to verify any vakalat has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and if any, print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. However, on 22.02.2019, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, again there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 15.03.2019 under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner even today. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
