Prayer in CRP(NPD).No. 3475 of 2012: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 against the order dated 02.12.2010 passed by the Appellate Authority cum VIII - Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai in RCA.No.412 of 2006 confirming the order dated 17.01.2006 passed by the Rent Controller cum XIII - Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai in RCOP.No.1044 of 2005. For Petitioner in both CRPs : No Appearance For respondent in both CRPs : No Appearance C O M M O N O R D E R This Court by an order dated 11.04.2019, directed the revision petitioner in CRP(NPD).No.2051 of 2011 to pay the arrears of rent on or before 29.04.2019.

2. However, when the matters are called today ie., 29.04.2019, there is no representation for the revision petitioners in both the Civil Revision Petitions. Since, the arrears of the rent has not been deposited by the revision petitioner in CRP(NPD).No.2051 of 2011, the order passed by this court has not been complied with and therefore, CRP(NPD).No.2051 of 2011 is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this Court. No Costs.

3. CRP(NPD).No.3475 of 2012 is pending from the year 2012. Since, there is no representation for the revision petitioner today ie., 29.04.2019, CRP(NPD).No.3475 of 2012 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
