O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the issues between the parties to the lis on hand were resolved and the sale deed were executed in favour of the writ petitioner.

2. In view of the execution of the sale deed, the cause arises for filing of the writ petition became vanished and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
