ORDER

The plaintiff is the revision petitioner. The suit in O.S.No.226 of 2014 is filed for recovery of money. It is stated that the plaintiff-Mills is

represented by a Partner, who is a senior citizen aged about 69 years. From the case status details, it is seen that the issues were framed as early as in September 2016. Thereafter, I.A. was filed and it is pending. The written statement of the defendants 1 to 4 and 6, is already filed. Hence, this revision petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of the suit. The learned District Judge, Erode is directed to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.226 of 2014, before 31.07.2017. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
