C.M.P.No.10651 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 3796 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of appeal on 08.12.2011 caused due to the death of 1st Appellant in A.S.No.924 of 2010. 2.C.M.P.No.10654 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement of appeal caused due to the death of 1st Appellant in A.S.No.924 of 2010. 3.C.M.P.No.10657 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the minor daughter J.Hashini, duly represented by her guardian/grandfather Mr.Rajkumar as the appellant in the above said appeal due to the death of 1st Appellant in A.S.No.924 of 2010.

4.C.M.P.No.11555 of 2023 has been filed to appoint the 7th Respondent to represent the 8th and 9th Respondents in A.S.No.1053 of 2012 as Mother and natural guardian of the 8th and 9th Respondents. 5.C.M.P.No.28779 of 2023 has been filed to appoint the 7th Respondent, to represent the 8th and 9th Respondents in A.S.No.1053 of 2012 as Mother and natural guardian of the 8th & 9th Respondents. 1/3

6.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondent.

7.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the fact that the factum of death and their legal heirs are not in dispute, C.M.P.Nos.10651, 10654, 10657 of 2022, 11555 & 28779 of 2023 are ordered as prayed for.

8.As far as C.M.P.No.28737 of 2023 is concerned, Notice to the proposed parties returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted. Affidavit of Service has to be filed.

9.As far as M.P.Nos.1, 2 & 3 of 2012 are concerned, Notice to the Respondents returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted. 10.Post the matter after two weeks.
