[Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner informing that the 4th respondent who is in charge of case, registered F.I.R. in Cr.No.33 of 2018 on his file, has evinced interest in seeking that the Judicial Magistrate concerned did not accept surrender https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of his father in connection with such case, which involves a murder. Therefore, there is a likelihood of the petitioner after being run away with under pretext of false communication, has made a representation to the 1st respondent on 29.01.2018 marking a copy thereof to several authorities seeking protection of life of petitioner's father.

2. Basing his claim, for getting orders of this Court on such representation made to 1st respondent, the petitioner presently prays to consider his representation dated 29.01.2018 in accordance with law by protecting the life of the detenu Gobi @ Kora Gobi, son of Krishnappa, aged 48 years, now confined at Central Prison, Salem from imminent threat of encounter death in the hands of 4th respondent and his men. This Court would presume that the authorities concerned would go in accordance with law.

3. In such view of the matter, the petition stands dismissed.
