4. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has not taken any efforts to comply with the order of this Court dated 12.08.2022 and now, he has come forward with the present seeking extension of time.
5.Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
6.The respondent/Police is directed to proceed further with regard to the vehicle in the manner known to law.
