Crl.M.P.No.2171 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.2171 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.30987 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 23.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.30987 of 2022 to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of eight weeks and he shall co-operate with the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order only for two days.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
