The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph 5 of the order dated 24.02.2022, the appropriate authority to consider the representation has been wrongly mentioned as Deputy Registrar of Dharmapuri Cooperative Town Bank Ltd, Dharmapuri instead of Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Dharmapuri.

3. Hence, Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy to the parties, after making the necessary correction in the order. The order remains unaltered in other respects.
