PONGIAPPAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.2278 of 2022 IN CRL OP.22972 of 2021 VIJI @ VIJAYAKUMAR [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED-3 ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, MANGADU POLICE STATION, CHENNAI CITY, CHENNAI CRIME NO.992 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.22972 of 2021 dated 30.11.2021 that he should report before the respondent police every tuesday and saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22972 of 2021 dated 30.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 30.11.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.22972 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on the first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report.
