Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate and prompt steps to appoint a separate Assistant Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. for Krishnagiri Temple and a separate Executive Officer for Arulmighu Kala Bairavar Temple, Kallukurikki, Krishnagiri District to ensure the proper administration of the temple funds.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The request of the petitioner to have a better administration of the temple is an aspect which has to be dealt with administratively alone by the fourth respondent and thus, the petition may be examined as the representation by the fourth respondent.

2. The writ petition is closed with the aforesaid observation. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
