Though the petitioner has come up with these Writ petitions seeking to forbear the respective private respondents-Unions and their members or any other workmen of the petitioner corporation from proceeding with the illegal strike or indulging in any mode of agitation either within or at the Gates, or in the vicinity of the installations of the petitioner corporation, or at the corporate office or other office of the petitioner corporation which disrupts or has the potential to disrupt the mining and generation activities of the petitioner corporation or preventing by threats, intimidation or otherwise, free ingress and egress to the willing workers/officers/executives of the petitioner corporation, for attending to their work/shift/duty or otherwise of the petitioner corporation, a public utility, however, considering the fact that the writ petitions are of the year 2015, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Writ Petitions at this distant point of time, as the prayer sought for in these petitions have become infructuous.
2. In view of the above, these Writ petitions stand dismissed. No 3/5
