When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion on 23.11.2021, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 25.11.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e. 25.11.2021), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case.
