2. Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate for respondents 2 to 5, who have offered no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of no objection expressed by the respondents, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in WP.No.1693 of 2021.
