ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 11.02.2015 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment i.e. namely 21.02.1994 in the light of G.O.M.S.No.123 School Education (R1) Department dated 17.08.2011 with all service and monetary benefits.

2. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 22.10.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 25.10.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In the said circumstances, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
