The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 23.04.2018 in W.P.No.10023 of 2018 has been complied with. In this regard, the Government issued letter in Letter No.10731/AU/2018-1 dated 18.05.2018. The learned Government Advocate further contended that the Government published the amended rules in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

2.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected sub application petition is also closed.
