PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order made in H&T/901 (34)/ICD-SNG/05-06/6356 dated 19.08.2005 and the consequential order made in H&T/901(34)/ICD-SNG/05-06/6634 dated 25.08.2005 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and forebear the respondents from awarding the tender made in Tender No.H&T/901(34)/02 dated 27.07.2005 issued by the first respondent.

O R D E R

The challenge in the present writ petition is in relation to the Tender Notification. The rejection of the tender application submitted by the writ petitioner is questioned by the petitioner. However, on account of efflux of time, the challenge made in respect of the Tender Notification cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjudicated and no relief can be granted. However, in respect of the deposits, if any, made by the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit appropriate application before the Competent Authority for the purposes of redressing his grievances, if any, exists.

2. With these observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
