Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for issuing the order bearing Memo No.B5/2-7/13 dated 17.7.2013 by which they have committed gross contempt and willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.21306 of 2005 dated 11.04.2012.

O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made the following endorsement in the Contempt Petition:
"The Petitioner may be permitted not to press the Contempt Petition and seeks liberty to approach the CAT regarding seniority, pay fixation and old pension scheme and other grievances.
The delay and the time spent before this Hon'ble Court may be excluded while approaching CAT."
2.In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, this Court grants liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Competent Forum in regard to the fixation of his Seniority, Pay fixation and Old Pension Scheme and other grievances.
3.Before parting with the case, this Court makes it quite clear that the time spent in prosecuting the Contempt Petition shall not be put against the Petitioner and it is open to the Petitioner to avail the exclusion of time in regard to the prosecution of the Contempt Petition before this Court.
