ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police namely Inspector of Police, J-5, Sastri Nagar Police Station, Chennai - 90 to file a final report registered in Cr.No.122 of 2019 pending with and pass such further or other orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, investigation in this case is transferred to Central Crime Branch, Chennai and he requested two months time for completion of final report.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the respondent police namely Central Crime Branch, Chennai to complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file final report before the competent Court.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
