ORDER
It is seen that the respondent/accused remained unserved.
2. Registry shall call for the report from the concerned Trial Court as to what happened in respect of the earlier service of the notice.
3. In the meanwhile, let there be fresh notice to the respondent returnable by 10.07.2025.
4. The investigating officer can also serve notice on the accused by tracing him out and serving him in writing that the appeal is likely to be taken up for hearing on 10.07.2025 and that he can be present before this Court either in person or through Counsel and argue the matter.
5. Post the matter on 10.07.2025.
