This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records of the second respondent in ID.No.87 of 2002 dated 13.09.2010 and quash the same. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the first respondent that pursuant to the preliminary award in ID.No.87 of 2002 dated 13.09.2010, final award was passed on 07.06.2011 and the same is under challenge in W.P.No.3408 of 2012, which is pending before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the learned counsel has sent a registered letter on 12.07.2023 about the listing of the case and the same was returned on 15.07.2023 with a postal endorsement that "Deceased returned to sender". The above said memo is recorded. As the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
