Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition to amend as "Sections 450, 342, 506 Part II IPC read with Section 5 (1), 5 (m) and Section 6 of POCSO Act" instead of "Sections 506 Part I IPC read with Section 4 of POCSO Act, and the same was ordered.

2. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
