O R D E R

The petition for transfer is filed to transfer I.D.O.P.No.164 of 2020 from the Family Court, Krishnagiri to the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 04.09.2017 as per the Christian Rites and Customs. Out of the wedlock, a female child born on 06.05.2019 and aged about 2 years. The petitioner and the respondent are living separately due to Petty-quarrels. Interestingly, both the petitioner and the respondent filed separate petition for Restitution of conjugal rights, the respondent filed it before the Family Court, Krishnagiri and the petitioner filed Restitution Petition before the Family Court, Cuddalore. The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the petitioner is willing for reunion.

3. This being the factum established, the I.D.O.P.No.164 of 2020 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri stands transferred to the Family Court, Cuddalore.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.86 of 2021 stands allowed and I.D.O.P.No.164 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri, is directed to be transferred to the Family Court, Cuddalore, to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.234 of 2020. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
