Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records on the file of the respondents 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st in connection with the orders passed by them dated 20.02.2003 in P.R.No.136/2002, proceedings No.C.No.B3/Ap.29/2003 dated 03.07.2003, proceedings in R.C.No.204773.AP.I(2) dated 15.10.2003, proceedings No.PR 1(2) 12144/2004 dated 25.03.2004 and G.O. 3D-133 dated 12.12.2005 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer the status of Head Constable with effect from 2002 consequently to include the name of the petitioner in the seniority list for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police to be drawn 2011 and by issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus.
