Heard both sides and perused the records.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner already submitted a representation on 25.08.2016, requesting the second respondent to cancel patta bearing Nos.1419 and 459 issued in favour of the respondents 5 and 6 and to restore Patta bearing Nos.1319 & 1022, which was earlier issued in her favour, in respect of S.Nos.69/11 and 324/1B1 of G.Mangalam and M.Agaram Village. Since the said representation was not considered so far, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent in this regard.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 25.08.2016 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 and 6, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
