This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30881 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Villupuram Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply with the condition imposed on him by order dated 13.12.2024.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), therefore this petitioner has not complied the condition, this Court finds no merits in this petition.
