Pending the Writ Petition the workman G.Krishnamoorthy, died on 20.08.2021 leaving behind his son and daughter namely, K.Mohanraj and K.Durga Devi, as his legal heirs having addresses at No.39/12, G-2 Jothi Nagar, 1st Street, Chitlapakkam, Chennai 64 and No.2/5, Kulalar Street, Shakkaramathur, Ranipettai District 632 511. Accordingly, the said K.Mohanraj and K.Durga Devi are suo-motu substituted as the petitioners in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.27408 of 2010.
