Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent dated 15.03.2016 in Lr.No.15161/Nee2/TNSTC(L)Vellore.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to employ the petitioner's son R.Vigneshwar, son of Late K.Ravi in a suitable position in the respondent / Corporation on compassionate grounds. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that some positive development is happening on the official front and a request is therefore made to withdraw the present writ petition and at the same time, the learned counsel for the petitioner would also request that liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach this Court once again for the same cause of action, in case he has still got any grievance.
