ORDER
Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to Respondents 1 and 2 to re-post him in the 3rd Respondent University itself considering that, he has been in deputation for nearly four years or in the alternative, post him within his District, in consonance with the policy of the Government in posting and transfer of persons with disabilities.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the case of the Petitioner will be considered favourably within a period of one month.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Taking note of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, this Court directs the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider the case of the Petitioner favourably and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording him an opportunity of hearing, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
