ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari seeking to quash the impugned order in R.C.No.1417/2007-A-1, dated 15.09.2009 passed by the third respondent as null and void, illegal and unconstitutional.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The termination of the petitioner from project is questioned in this writ petition.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that now the project itself is over.

5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
