This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the C.C.No.44 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Thoothukudi and transfer the same to any competent Judicial Magistrate Court, Coimbatore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in C.C.No.44 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Thoothukudi, ended in conviction. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
