ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent, to register the complaint dated 22.04.2016 in C.S.R.No. 129 of 2016 and file a final report in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint dated 22.04.2016 given by the petitioner, CSR No.129 of 2016 has been registered.
4. The complaint dated 22.04.2016 does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuing a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police to register an FIR. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
