ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed against the order dated 16.08.2010 in I.A.No.1322 of 2009 in O.S.No.104 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambathur.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has issued an account payee cheque for a sum of Rs.2,30,089/-(Rupees Two lakhs, thirty thousand and eighty nine only) in favour of the revision petitioner and the same has been handed over to the counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. The above amount is paid in full quit and in view of the entire amount being paid, this revision petition is disposed of. This Court also appreciate Mr.Michael Marie Antony, learned counsel appearing for the respondents for fair representation and for making efforts to settle the matter as per law.
In view of the above observation, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
