This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16969 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24826 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
