O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 31.10.2017 in I.A.No.173 of 2014 in O.S.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Gudiyattam, Vellore District.
2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the issue involved in the suit in O.S.No.43 of 2014 was settled out of Court and to that effect, both parties filed a memo of compromise before the Court below and by recording the memorandum of compromise, the Court below by judgment dated 18.07.2022 dismissed the suit as settled out of Court. Learned counsel has placed a copy of the judgment dated 18.07.2022 in O.S.No.43 of 2014 on the file of Subordinate Judge at Gudiyattam, Vellore District before the Court. It is placed on record.
3. In view of the above factual position, in our view, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. 2/4
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
