This petition has been filed to pass an order appointing an Advocate Commissioner to suggest mode of division in respect of the property morefully described in the Judges summons and pass a final decree and allot the applicant his 2/3rd share in the same.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. The applicants shall pay Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and the respondents shall pay Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner.
