This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to appoint the land surveyor to conduct land survey for survey number 196/7C measuring an extent of 3 cents and mark the boundary after issuing notice to all the concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused 1/3

the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 02.09.2025, the respondent conducted a survey in respect of the subject property and also served a copy of the survey report on the petitioner.
