The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in proceedings No. Nil dated 16.08.2005 and quashes the same as illegal, incompetent irregular and without jurisdiction.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the Criminal Case Register against the vendor ended with an order of acquittal and therefore, the sale became validated.

3.This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
