Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent in office Ref: AO (PENSION)/MISC/V/2010/F dated 7.8.2010, quash the same and direct the respondent to pay second family pension for the service rendered by the members of the petitioner Association in the respondent Port Trust.
