Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.678 of 2021 dated 21.01.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.VIJAYARAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order dated 21.01.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.678 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and each of the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand), before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the said conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
