Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 220 days in representing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.55202 of 2022.

2. Since the petition is filed to condone the delay in representing the Appeal, the petition in C.M.P.No.16235 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 220 days.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
