This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.5322 of 2022 on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Family Court ,Vellore. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent-husband, on instructions, would submit that the respondent-husband has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.5322 of 2022 pending on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Vellore. The learned Judge is directed not to insist upon the appearance of the respondent-husband for every hearing, except for attending counselling and for adducing evidence. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
