Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to Respondents 1 and 2 to re-post him in the 3rd Respondent University itself considering that, he has been in deputation for nearly four years or in the alternative post within his District in consonance with the policy of the Government in posting and transfer of persons with disabilities. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the Respondent/University has taken a sympathetic view in respect of the Petitioner on account of his physical disability, and positively considered his request.

As the Respondent/University has positively considered the case of the Petitioner, recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
